What if the clog returns after you leave?We are proud to inform you that our record for recalls is minimal, maybe 1 or 2 percent. If the clog returns, we will be happy to return and work the clog. However, this may be a sign of hidden damage to the drain or sewer pipe. We offer additional plumbing services such as pipe repair and replacement. We also have a digital sewer camera for close inspection.

What if the toilet needs to be removed in order to work the clog?Depending on the location of the clog, removing the toilet may be necessary. In this case we have an extra charge because we include the new hardware such as new wax ring, bolts and shims if needed.
